Fantastic staff and comfy rooms!

So, I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, the staff really made it! Special shoutout to two awesome ladies who were super helpful. The rooms were spotless and comfy, and having a nice bar area was a big plus. Just wish the lobby wasn’t so chilly—made dining kinda awkward.

The room was pretty comfy, especially the bed—it was a delight to sleep on. There was a decent enough view, and the pillows were good too. I didn't have any major issues, but there was a bit of a draft from the window at one point. When I mentioned it, they sent someone quickly, but the window couldn't be fixed, so I got moved to a similar room. Not a biggie, really.

I had a comfortable stay in my Queen Room with Atrium View. The staff were extremely accommodating. when I arrived a bit late for breakfast, the cook still prepared my meal for me. I appreciated the quick response from the technician regarding the draft from my window, and they even took my preferences into account when relocating me. The city view from the room was lovely, adding a nice touch to my experience.

Unfortunately, I faced some noise disturbances due to the surroundings.
